In Bed Fuel Filler WITH VENT - C10, K10, F100

This fuel filler is designed to be used with a side fill under bed fuel tank for your classic Chevy, GMC or Ford F100.  New design includes a VENT!   

Bolts or welds in place.  Uses 2" fill neck and 5/8" OD vent. 

BASIC Kit includes:  a 45* angle neck boat style 2" hose connection fuel fill, hardware for mounting the fuel filler to the housing, and hardware to mount the housing to your bed.  Filler is raw steel and can be painted/powder coated.

HOSE Kit includes:  Basic kit PLUS 2" fuel hose, vent hose, and associated clamps.

FUEL LINE Kit includes:  Hose kit PLUS 20' of -6AN PTFE lined fuel hose, six straight hose end fittings and two 90 degree hose end fittings.  This should be everything you need to run fuel lines from your tank to your engine compartment.  Additional hose ends and/or fittings may be needed depending on your application.  

COMPLETE Kit includes: Fuel line kit PLUS a Tanks Inc. under bed gas tank, mounting hardware, 0-90 level sending unit and Walbro high flow fuel pump module - 255 Liters Per Hour - Up to 630 hp.  (Other pump options available.  Email for more information).

Requires modifying your bed by drilling or cutting a hole in the floor for the hose to pass through.  Hot Rod building requires trouble shooting and fabrication skills.  You will have to modify these parts and/or your truck.

FUEL FILLERS TYPICALLY SHIP WITHIN ONE WEEK FROM TIME OF ORDER.

1967-1972 Chevy/GMC Wood floor should be available 1st quarter of 2026. 

1960-1966 Chevy/GMC, 1973-1987 Chevy/GMC should be available 2nd quarter of 2026.
